Returns and Refund policy.
Returns via Local Courier
All items can be returned on condition the item is still in its sealed box and the item is not damaged.
Refunds
All refunds are done through our head office and usually take 2 to 3 days for manual EFT. When requesting a refund please ensure you supply a valid contact number and email address for us to contact you for banking details.
